- Payments must be made as per the invoice schedule. Late payments may result in service suspension or additional fees.
- Any additional work beyond the agreed scope (such as extra rounds of editing or design revisions) may incur extra charges.
3. Client Responsibilities
- Clients must provide all necessary manuscripts, materials, and information required for service completion.
- Any delays caused by the client in providing materials or approvals may impact project timelines and delivery dates.
- Clients are responsible for ensuring they have the rights to all content, images, and manuscripts provided to us and that the work does not infringe on any copyrights.
4. Intellectual Property
- All custom designs, edited files, and creative work remain the property of Author Book Publisher until full payment is received.
- Upon full payment, ownership of final deliverables (such as the formatted book file or cover design) will be transferred to the client, except for third-party licensed assets.
5. Refund & Cancellation Policy
- Refund requests must be made within 7 days of service initiation and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
- Cancellation of ongoing projects may result in partial refunds based on the percentage of work completed (e.g., editing stages or design drafts).
6. Limitation of Liability
- Author Book Publisher is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
- We do not guarantee specific sales figures, best-seller status, or specific outcomes from marketing and publishing efforts.
7. Confidentiality & Data Protection
- We respect client confidentiality and do not share manuscripts or project details without prior consent.
- Clients’ personal data is handled according to our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws.
8. Modifications to Terms
- We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services after changes indicates acceptance of the updated terms.
